![]() I asked the casino manager if she planned on doing anything for us due to the awful customer service experience. It seemed she was also blaming the problem on my wife. The casino manager cracked a joke and told my wife "Honey, you have to watch your money." We typically have a great senses of humor, but after being treated rudely and waiting a ridiculous amount of time, we did not think her comment was funny. After 45 minutes my wife finally got her 10 dollars. She called the casino manager who came over to talk to us. After over 30 minutes we stopped another attendant. She told us it would take four or five minutes. ![]() She finally agreed to go check the computer system to see if she could fix the error. I remained calm throughout the situation, and the attendant was very rude and dismissive. The woman started to argue with me, and suggested the error was my wife's fault. All we wanted was the 10 dollar ticket my wife should have received due to receiving a blank ticket when she cashed out. There was an error at a slot machine my wife was playing. The customer service at the casino during our last visit was so terrible, that it changed our minds about the Hard Rock completely. My wife and I have stayed at the Hard Rock in the past, and we have played in the casino several times.
